What is “the Waiver”?

The waiver is a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“the waiver”). By signing the waiver you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract or breach of the occupiers liability act or claim compensation following an accident.

Who has to sign a waiver?

All participants with Peak Experience must sign a waiver. When you register for a trip you will be asked to read and agree to the waiver prior to finalizing your reservation. We will have a paper waiver for you to sign in person at the start of your trip. To download the waiver click here.
